A commercial property team built around real trades
Severn Facilities was founded by Peter, a Gas Safe registered engineer, and Jeffery, an experienced painter and decorator. Between them they saw the same problem again and again: businesses, landlords and facilities managers juggling separate contractors for gas, decorating, electrics and repairs, with nobody taking overall responsibility.
So we built a team that could do it all. Alongside our own gas and decorating skills, we work with a small, trusted group of handymen, plasterers, electricians and air conditioning engineers. Together we can cover almost any office upgrade, refurbishment or maintenance requirement, with one point of contact from first call to final sign-off.
Commercial properties only
We focus entirely on commercial buildings: offices, retail units, schools, clinics, hospitality venues, industrial units and buildings managed by landlords and agents. That focus means we understand what matters to commercial clients: keeping the business running, working safely around staff and the public, and providing the paperwork you need.
How we work
- Normal hours as standard, 24/7 when needed. Most work happens during the working day, with evenings, nights, weekends and closure periods available for the right job.
- RAMS provided. A risk assessment and method statement before every job.
- Fully insured, fully qualified. Gas work by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and every trade carried out by suitably qualified tradespeople.
- One point of contact. A single person coordinates every trade and keeps you updated.
- Clean, tidy sites. Furniture and floors protected, and work areas cleaned down before you reopen.

We are based in Telford and serve all of Shropshire and the West Midlands, including Shrewsbury, Wellington, Newport, Bridgnorth, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley and Birmingham.
