A fresh coat of paint is one of the most cost-effective ways to improve a commercial building. Our decorating team is led by an experienced painter and decorator, and we work exclusively on commercial properties. We are used to working in occupied offices, open shops, schools and clinics, and we plan every job around how your building is used.
Flexible hours and phased working
Most decorating is done during normal working hours, but we can also decorate in the evenings, overnight, at weekends or during holiday closures, and we can phase larger projects floor by floor or room by room so that most of your building stays in use. Low-odour, water-based paints are used wherever possible so spaces can be reoccupied quickly.
Protection, preparation and a clean handover
Furniture, floors and equipment are protected before we start, and work areas are cleaned down at the end of every shift. We take preparation seriously: filling, sanding and making good are what separate a finish that lasts from one that looks tired within a year. Where larger repairs are needed, our maintenance and plastering team can put things right first.
Organised and documented
You will receive a clear, itemised quote and a risk assessment and method statement before work begins. On larger jobs we can provide a simple colour and finish schedule for your records, which makes future touch-ups straightforward.
