Local to Telford’s business parks and town centre
Telford is our home base, and it is a town built around business. Its large employment areas, including Stafford Park, Halesfield, Hortonwood and Hadley Park, are home to manufacturers, distribution companies, engineering firms and trade counters, many of them working from industrial units with offices, welfare areas and staff kitchens attached. Around the town centre and Southwater you will find office buildings, shops, restaurants and leisure venues, while the older communities that make up the town, from Wellington and Oakengates to Madeley and Ironbridge, add high streets, schools and period buildings to the mix.
Built for the way Telford buildings are used
A typical business park unit needs more than one trade. The office end might need redecorating and new LED lighting, the warehouse heaters need an annual gas service, the staff kitchen needs resealing and the air conditioning in the server cupboard needs checking. Rather than booking four contractors, you can hand the whole list to us. Our co-founder Peter is a Gas Safe registered engineer who looks after commercial heating and gas appliances, Jeffery leads our painting and decorating, and our plasterers and handymen, along with our partner electricians and air conditioning engineers, complete the team.
Working around shifts and opening hours
Many Telford sites run long shifts or trade seven days a week. We work normal hours as standard, and when a job would get in the way of production, deliveries or customers we can come in early, late, overnight or at weekends. Before we start you get a risk assessment and method statement (RAMS) written for your site, so your health and safety lead knows exactly how the work will be carried out alongside your own people and vehicles.
Close by when you need us
Being based in Telford means we know our way around the town’s estates and road network, and we are close by when something needs attention. That makes us a practical choice for reactive repairs and job lists as well as larger projects such as office refurbishments and void works between tenants. Landlords and managing agents with several units in the town can bring everything under a planned maintenance contract, with servicing, inspections and redecoration scheduled in advance and reported after every visit.
Whatever the building, from a single retail unit to a multi-let office block, you deal with one team and one point of contact from the first call to sign-off.
