Stay ahead of problems, not behind them
Reactive maintenance, fixing things when they break, is always more expensive and disruptive than looking after a building properly. Boilers fail in the first cold week, air conditioning gives up in a heatwave, certificates expire unnoticed and communal areas slowly start to look tired. A planned maintenance contract puts you back in control.
A schedule built around your building
We start by visiting your property and understanding what it contains and how it is used. Together we agree a schedule covering the services you need, such as gas servicing and certification, air conditioning maintenance, electrical testing, routine inspections and redecoration. Visits are booked in advance at times that suit you, including out of hours.
One contractor, one point of contact
Instead of managing separate contracts for gas, air conditioning, electrics, repairs and decorating, you deal with one team. That means fewer suppliers to vet, one set of RAMS and insurance documents, and a single person who knows your building and is accountable for getting things done.
Clear records for compliance
After each visit you receive a short report of the work carried out, along with any certificates. That gives landlords, managing agents and facilities managers a clear record of maintenance and compliance activity, which is useful for insurers, tenants and audits.
Predictable costs
Because the work is agreed in advance, you can budget for it. Any additional repairs identified during visits are quoted separately for your approval, so there are no surprises.
Whether you manage a single office, a parade of shops or a portfolio of buildings across Shropshire and the West Midlands, we can tailor a plan to suit. Get in touch to arrange a site visit, or read more about our reactive maintenance service.
