Planning a new system
We start by looking at the space: its size, how many people use it, the heat from equipment and sunlight, and where indoor and outdoor units can sensibly go. We then recommend a system that suits the building and your budget, and plan the installation so that noisy or disruptive work happens out of hours where needed. Because we also handle electrical work, making good and decorating, you won’t be left with holes, trunking and marks for someone else to sort out.
Why regular servicing matters
Dirty filters and coils make systems work harder, use more energy and fail sooner. Regular servicing keeps units efficient, helps spot small faults before they become expensive, and keeps drains clear to prevent leaks. Systems containing larger amounts of refrigerant also need periodic leak checks under the F-Gas regulations, and larger systems require a separate energy assessment. We can advise on what applies to your equipment.
