We start with a site visit to understand what you want to achieve, how the building is used and any constraints on access or working hours. You then receive an itemised quote and a programme showing what will happen and when. Work can be phased by floor or area and scheduled for evenings, nights or weekends where needed, so most of your team can keep working throughout.
Safe, tidy and properly documented
Every project comes with a risk assessment and method statement. Work areas are protected and cleaned down daily, and on completion you receive the relevant certificates for gas and electrical work, plus a walk-round to sign everything off and deal with any snags.
